The first Chevrolet Corvette was manufactured between the years of 1953 and 1962. They then changed to name of the vehicle to Sting Ray from 1963 to 1967. The name again changed to Stingray during the years of 1969 to 1976. From 1977 and on the name changed back to the Corvette as we know it.
