i would like to know what would cause the miss firing in Chevy Malibu
Firing order is 1-2-3-4-5-6, but the car has coil packs, so look at the link below left.
its not real hard but to replace the map its easier if you remove the coil packs four bolts and three plugs then two 9/32 screws a vacume line and one plug
vacuum leak. check the evap switch at the back of the engine just below the coil packs. the two vacuum hose can be easily pulled apart when changing the spark plugs.
there is no need to change the coil packs just to do routine maintanence
under the coil packs and the coil packs are connected to the spark plug wires
coil packs they are beside the balancer on the crank that area easy to see from underneath
NO!
right on the valve cover under the air inlet hose and manifold. indiviual coil packs per cylinder. easy to change.
The 93 Beretta does not have a distributor, it has coil packs.
