I know that I had a civic del sol and mine did the same thing. It was a manual transmission. All it was on mine was that the lid on the container where you put the clutch fluid was loose causing it to squeak every now and then. We tightened that up and never heard a peep out of it again. Maybe that's what your problem is. Just try that and if that doesn't work ask your question again.
