Their are a number of reasons a sunroof could suddenly stop working on any vehicle. Some of the most common problems include: blown fuses, wire disconnects, sunroof motor malfunction, the sunroof coming off track, etc. It's hard to narrow the problem(s) down without being there. You have to repair the cause of the code that put it in limp mode.

I'm not sure how old this question is but the answer is "Yes". I had lost cruise control on my 06 Pacifica and I found the cause was a broken vacuum line. Simple fix.

There is a vapor leak in the fuel system. The most likely cause is a loose/failed gas cap.
You will need to have the code read with a scan tool, repair the cause of the codes, and then the code can be erased with the scan tool.
The normal cause is a blown fuse.

It is possible that a part of the EGR valve has fallen out. This will cause a very loud exhaust noise.
Crossed wires that have corroded together can cause your heater and radio to stop working, at the same time. The heater and radio are not related in any other way.
Check the fuse box. Usually the lighter, dash panel and sunroof are on the same fuse. But they might be on different. Anyway it looks like a typical fuse problem.
