The recommended service is to inspect it at 60,000 miles, replace it at 100,000 miles. Considering that you drive very little, I would recommend you just replace it at 60,000 miles. The belt will be very old at that time and age is a factor. Disregard this if you mis-spoke on the mileage and meant 65,000 miles, which I suspect is the case. In that case use the recommended service interval.
