I'm sure it was in late 1987.
It is not at all OK to drie with your front axle bent. While driving at high speeds, it may come loose and that ride might be your last.
It's on the top front of the motor. It is electronic and my last one was $125.
First the front tire must be removed. After doing this the rotor and break caliber will need removed, then the last step is using a impact wrench to take the large bolt out of the center of the axle.
ok the last time i checked a 2wd s 10 is rear wheel drive there for does not have a front drive axle unless it is 4wd.
How long does a new water pump last on a 2002chevy suburban
a front fj80 or fzj80 housing will go into a front mini pickup (solid axle version) It would also go into the rear toyota housing (they are all 8" thirds) however this would be a bad idea because it would be riding on the coast side of the gears and wouldn't last long. The Rear axles of fj80 or fzj80 had a 9.5" third so it WILL NOT fit in a mini truck axle.
Just did this last week on my '97 suburban..... it was a 3/8 Allen wrench.
There are 3 on each side. 2 in front of axle are visible in brackets off frame rail. Last one is between axle and rear bumper in frame (look up through hole to find it).
1999 was the last year it was a available,
there should be about 8 bolts holding the body to the frame.. first remove the front clip then there are 2 body mounts on the firewall, 2 over the rear axle, 2 behind the rear axle and the last 2 at the rear of the frame rails.
Yes, Denveris urban, in fact the complete Front Range from Cheyenne to Pueblo has become a single Urban area in the last 20 years.
No. 85 was the last year for straight axles.
