Yes. It is an easy adjustment. Look at the end of the arm where it meets the car. At the bottom is a piece of metal that slides out. You'll need a flat blade screwdriver to pry it out. Once you've got it all the way out (1/8 - 1/4 inch) pull up on the wiper arm. A second person can pry it up while you hold out the lock. Go slow here. It might be difficult to get off but you don't want to ruin anything in the process. Once you got it off, move it to the right a very small amount and put it back on. A very little bit on this end tranlates to a huge movement of the wiper blade. Be careful that it isn't going too far the other way now.
To prevent a door from hitting the top of the frame, you can adjust the hinges to ensure the door swings smoothly without hitting the frame. You may need to tighten or loosen the screws on the hinges to properly align the door with the frame. Additionally, installing a door stopper or a door closer can help prevent the door from hitting the top of the frame.

According to the manual you have to take it to the dealership. Otherwise you have to buy a replacement blade, just the blade not including the wiper frame that wipers normally come with.
Check your fuse block or trace the ground wire and make sure it is securely attached to the frame.
If you have Toyota wipers now, the easiest way is to just replace the rubber inserts (refills). The Toyota PN are A450 and A350... since they are different lengths (common for 82-85 Supras and a few other Toyota models). The insert just slides in the esixting wiper frame. Hope this helps
Yes, cable can be adjusted . Somewhere in the main brake cable there is a square frame adjuster you change with 2 wrenches.
