They are along the top of the engine. You must remove the vortec 4200 resonator box from the top of the motor then you will see six electrical connections. These are the coil packs and are held in place by long skinny bolts bolts so do not apply too much stress. If they are very tight then tap them with a small hammer to break any corrosion. Remove them one at a time and pull it up and out of the way. The spark plugs are in the well. Replace with AC Delco Iridium. Do not adjust the gap on these plugs as the protective finish on the electrode is important for the plug life.

Under the trim panel just to the lft of the lighter and power plugs. It's a pain to get to.

They are in the heads where the exhaust manifolds are bolted to the heads. The plugs have rubber wires hooked to the ends of them.
