They are located under the coil packs on top of your valve covers. The coil packs are about an inch and a half by inch and a half black platic looking thing held on by 1 screw or small bolt. They have a wire connector going to them. Each plug has it's own coil pack. Once you remove the coil pack for a given cylinder you will see the plug at the bottom of the hole you just uncovered. The ones on the back are pretty hard to get to. Good luck.
If you have a 4.6 L or a 5.4 L engine the spark plugs are located on the top of the engine under individual coil packs. You first have to remove the coil pack to get to the plugs. Each pack has a small bolt holding it in place and there is a spark plug boot connected to the bottom of it that goes down in the hole to connect to the plug itself.
