I found a fuse panel under the steering wheel. Take off the panel marked "FUSES". Undeer that panel you will see a black plastic cover with small holes in it. This plastic cover pulls out easily. You need a diagram for the fuse markers as it Is not marked on the panel itself. This information can be found in your owner's manual. Don't have one, get one. Dealer or salvage yard is a source.
