If you are talking Mk2 Focus, you need to purchase an ISOFIX mount kit from your Ford dealer (approx £15). This then attaches to pre-drilled holes (bolts supplied in kit - Torx size 10 I think) found under the base of backrest of the rear seats, one set on each side of the vehicle.
