There are three. One on each side of the Y pipe on the exhaust and one on the pipe behind the catylitic converter. There are four wires on them and they are a cast iron bear to get off. I suggest a torch and the biggest adjustable wrench you can find. There are also special sockets you can buy that keep you from damaging the wires and allow you to use a breaker bar of sufficient length.
