The engine compartment fuse box is located on the driver side of the engine compartment. The lid has the label for all of the fuses there, and one of the large square ones should be labeled ABS. Owner's manual. Actually I have a 95 Cavalier and was looking for the reset myself. I don't know about your Owner's Manual, but mine doesn't have a listing for a fuel reset, and I can't find it in the book either. Where is the darn thing????
The speed sensor for a 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier is located on the side of the transmission. It has two wires coming out of it.
