The five digit code is printed in two other places on the car, at least this is how it is on mine. One copy is just under the trunk hinge on the drivers side of the car. The other is on the computer module behind the driver side door panel.
You just might possibly find a sticker in the trunk somewhere.
thats my question to you
1. Call a Locksmith or 2. Break the window.

The Marquis does not have a standard code. A dealer may be able to supply the factory code for the exact car, unless the code was owner changed.

Just a long shot, but check inside the trunk for a sticker.
Keyless entry will have a keypad built into the driver's door handle.
Look in the trunk on the hinges. There should be numbers there. Answer 2: According to my owners manual for the same vehicle... 1. On the wallet card that came with the owers manual. 2. Tapped on the computer module. 3. At your dealer.
To program the 2004 Concorde spare keyless entry, you can take the vehicle to the dealer or you can download the manual. In the manual, there are steps to reset the keyless entry using your vehicle's VIN and other identifications.
To reset the keyless entry code, you need to first enter the factory programmed code. Once entered, press the '1-2' button within five seconds of entering the last digit. You can then reset the code to your own. You will need to be extremely quick.
The dealer should have that information. Also it may be in the owners manual. If you don't have one, try MOTORLIT.COM
