I'm not sure on this with it being a Nissan, but Fords/Mercurys are on the underside of the trunk lid. Look on the lid/hinges and if your trunk lid has a trim panel it might be under there. Look for a sticker with 5 digit number. . Good Luck
It is located behind the glove box. You must remove the glove box (six screws) and you will find a sticker on the right side with three sets of numbers. The bottom set is the code you must use to reset the pad and then you can enter your own personal code. It starts with an "S" then is about 6 ot 7 odd numbers. I called my local Nissan Dealership parts department they helped me program it.
get the vin number and the dealer will make a key.

hold down the lock and unlock button on your keypad
IF YOU LOOK ON THE INSIDE OF THE DOOR WHERE THE LATCHING IS TO KEEP THE DPPR CLOSE IT SHOULD BE RIGHT THERE
Factry installed remote keyless entry system is only thing to unlock.
unlock doors, then exit vehicle and lock the doors two time, then go to the other side and unlock it, that should reset the system
Unlock the doors or trunk with the key.
Unlock the car, then simply press down on the outer right edge of fuel door. It will pop up.
There is no way to unlock the seat belts after the airbags go off. You will need to get the seat belts and the tenisioner replaced.
Just hold down the lock and unlock buttons at the same time for about 5 seconds.
if you have a keyless unlock/lock system and use the key to unlock the door and then start it it well cause the alarm to go off of maybe a short in the wire or fuse for the alarm system.
try holding the steering wheel just a bit to one side or the other and you should be able to turn key then
