You have to go to the junk yard and find the car then take the part off if it's available.
If your vehicle is fuel injected then the regulator will be located in the rear of the fuel rail on the right side.
To change the fuel rail on a 1991 Chrysler New Yorker, first, relieve the fuel system pressure by removing the fuel pump fuse and starting the engine until it stalls. Disconnect the battery, then remove the intake manifold and any necessary components obstructing access to the fuel rail. I believe it is either under the trunk area just in front of the gas tank, or it is along the inside of the frame rail just under the right rear door. It is a metal cylinder about the same size and shape as a can of soup.
