The available options for internet in rural areas include DSL, Satellite, Fiber, or Cable. Unfortunately, DSL and Satellite are usually super slow or super expensive or both. And Fiber and Cable are very limited availability in rural areas. Another option to consider is Fixed Wireless since it's more affordable and available and the speeds are decent.

Well if you know what urban means (city) and rural (country) then you could kinda tell. In rural areas, you have a lot more land and a bit less government interference so you kind of get to do your own thing. You also, usually have a well for water and usually no electricity so you don't have to pay as much/any bills. In urban areas, like New York City or Chicago, you have a city, and cities are usually cramped. A lot of people have apartments and lots of differences in society because you have a difference between the super rich and powerful people and really poor people. There are lots of people if you live in a city too (Aren't there around 8 million people in New York City?) so you have to have lots of strict laws to keep everyone in check in the urban areas, but since you kind of do your own thing in rural areas, there aren't as many laws. Hope this helps :D
