The MAP sensor is located on the passenger side of the engine. It has a 6 inch bracket that it is mounted on that is on the intake manifold. It should have a vaccuum line and a plug in it.
You will find it on the tail extension housing of the transmission.
on a 2002 Chevy silverado with a 4.6 liter v6 where is the coolant sensor for low coolant. I have a light on and check the overflow and their is coolant but don't know if their is another one or not.

If you are looking at a 1995 Chevy Silverado with a 5.7 liter or 5.0 liter you will not find an IAT (Intake Air Temperature) sensor. 1988 thru 1995 Chevy V-8s have TBI (Throttle Body Injected - looks like a carburetor but has two electronic fuel injectors at the front underneath an old-style-looking air filter housing) that uses a MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor to control air-fuel delivery. I know because I have worked on many.
It should be between #3 and #5 spark plugs.
