Connect to the ac service ports. this system uses r-12 refrigerant & YOU probably should not even look for them as this refrigerant is very environmentally damaging. TAKE IT TO A SHOP THAT HAS R-12 CERTIFIED TECHS AND THE CORRECT EQUIPMENT TO DO THE WORK.
My 2003 4 runner is recommended for 32psi. Check the drivers door jam. On it you will most likely find a sticker telling you the correct tire pressure.
