It's located inside the front passenger wheel well (top toward the back of the well)

possibly the height sensors came unplugged rear or front but that will dissable the pump.
Rear quarter, driver's side next to subwoofer adjacent to the fuel turn off switch there's an air ride turn off switch.

Can't post a picture but, the air suspension compressor relay should be found close to the passenger side front headlight.
To reset the air ride system on a 2003 Lincoln Navigator, start by ensuring the vehicle is on a level surface. Turn the ignition to the "ON" position without starting the engine. Press and hold the air ride switch for about 10 seconds until you hear a chime, indicating the system has reset. Finally, turn the ignition off and then back on to complete the process.
It may your air ride system. Try converting the car. Go to Strutmasters.com and see if they can help. They helped me with my 2003 Lincoln Navigator problems, I'm sure they have something for you :)

The air ride suspension relay is above the right cooling fan right in the middle of the hood crossover (above the radiator)
