It's located inside the throttle body on both the Hemi and 4.7. It can be pulled out and cleaned carefully with Non-Chlorinated Brake Cleaner or Throttle Body Cleaner that is safe for coatings. Cleaning this IAC Soleniod will help with a smooth idle. Also check the Throttle Position sensor located above it if you are having stalling or surging idle problems. 2004+ Rams check the EGR valve also.
