It is in the gas tank. We just changed ours last night. You have a choice of dropping the gas tank (which hooking back up corrected is hard and dangerous if you don't) or cutting a hole in the bottom of the van above the tank to allow access to the pump. We cut the hole in the van and then covered it with a steel plate. You will have 2 hoses going to the pump. One will be from the fuel filter (I believe it is blue). Follow that hose and you will find the approximate location of the fuel pump. Before you do all that, check the fuse under the hood that goes to the fuel pump. It should be a green 30 amp fuse.
