It is within the steering wheel. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the airbag, center part of the steering wheel. I believe there are only 2 screws. Once removed, you will see the clock spring. It looks nothing like a spring. It is a circular part with wire connectors on it. You really can't miss it.
