According to the owners manual there is supposed to be one on the underside of the the cover. Mine is missing, so I cannot help any further.
Under the hood, on the firewall, passenger side - just below the wipers. The black cover is labeled Maxi Fuse Relay Center.

There should be a sticker on the inside of the cover according to my owners manual but there is not a sticker on mine.

The fuel pump relay in a 1997 Pontiac Bonneville is found under the hood of the car in front of the wiper blades. To access the pump relay, there is a plastic cover with three tabs which must first be removed.
