www.motorcraft.com does not list a MAP sensor for the 4.2 L V6 , 4.6 L or 5.4 L V8 engines for a 2003 F150 , they list an air mass sensor which I assume is the MAF sensor
Map sensor is located on the hose going from the filter box to the throttle body. There is only one sensor in that area.
driver side on the plenum. two 6mm bolts, one plug. about the size of a Gatorade cap.
The 91 has the 4.6L engine and has a MAF sensor located just after the air filter box so it has no MAP sensor.

The MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor on a 2003 Silverado truck can be found on the manifold valve cover. Depending on the size of the motor, it will be in the back or near the middle in the top of the valve cover.
I had the same problem and found it was the "Map sensor" I replaced it and the car runs fine now
