Bank 2 is on the passenger side of the engine and the o2 sensor is located right after the cat converter on the passenger side. Bank 1 is on the drivers side of the engine.

Bank one on your vehicle is on the back side of the vehicle. Sensor 1 is the first sensor coming from the engine in the exhaust, the one before the catalytic convertor.
Trouble code P0130 means:O2 sensor circuit malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
Bank 2 would be the passenger side of the engine, sensor 1 would be the first sensor after the passenger side exhaust manifold. It is best reached from under the vehicle.

It has 2 of them and there both underneith the intake manifold. You MUST remove the intake to service them.
pass.side at exe manifold Bank 1 is where cylender 1 is. Bank 2 is on the other side of which is on the passenger side of the blazer. Oxygen sensor 1 is the first sensor closer to the front of the blazer. Sensor 2 would be past the catalytic converter on the same side.
The bank 1 sensor 2 on a 1996 Chevy Blazer is mounted in the exhaust. Sensor two is just behind the catalytic converter.
Bank two sensor two on a 2002 Ram is passenger side, after the catalyst.
