Here's what the service manual reads:

Powertrain Control Module (PCM)

1. Disconnect battery ground.

2. Remove air cleaner assembly.

3. Remove wiring harness retaining bolt and wiring connector cover.

4. Disconnect the wiring harness.

5. Remove the retaining nuts and the PCM.
