the drl relay is in the fuse box
The drl relay is located in the back of the glove compartment.
In the fuse panel on the driver's side dash.
I don't know about 2000, but my 98 Sunfire I had to change the DRL (Daytime Running Lights) relay. It's a little black box, 5 pins if I recall. It's in the fuse box on driver side, end of dashboard, after opening the driver side door. The fuse panel should have a legend for each fuse/relay as well. Easy as changing a fuse.
The DRL Module is located at the LH Rocker Panel left of the brake, under and just below the dash. The DRL Module and the DRL Relay are side-by-side.
To disable the Daytime Running Lights (DRL) on a 2005 Pontiac Sunfire, you can locate the DRL fuse in the fuse box and remove it. The fuse box is typically found under the dashboard on the driver's side. Alternatively, you can also disconnect the connector at the DRL module, which is usually located near the headlight assembly. Always refer to the owner's manual for specific instructions related to your vehicle.

On our 2000 Sunfire, it is the black plastic relay inside the fuse box on the side of the dashboard, drivers side, upper right corner. The fuse box cover shows which object it is. (different user) On my 96 Sunfire it is behind the bumper on the left side (driver's side headlight housing must be removed) It is a little larger than a standard 12 volt relay (approx 1.5" x 1.5" x 2.5" when plugged in, almost a cube when not (no connector)
The Daytime Running Lights (DRL) relay on a Subaru Outback is typically located in the engine compartment fuse box. You can find the fuse box near the battery, usually on the driver's side. To identify the specific relay for the DRL, refer to the diagram on the fuse box cover or consult the owner's manual for your model year.
The DRL (Daytime Running Lights) relay for a 2006 Chevy Aveo is typically located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side. To access it, you may need to remove a cover to see the relays and fuses. Refer to the owner’s manual for the exact location and diagram of the fuse box to identify the DRL relay.
The DRL module is a grey box with a small circuit board inside. The module is electrically taped to the main wiring harness right next to the fuse box located next to the emergency brake on the driver's side of the vehicle. The DRL relay is located a little lower to the right of the fusebox on the driver's side near the emergency brake. Please be aware if your DRL do not work (as mine have not for years), I have troubleshot the DRL module at a cost of $65 for replacement, and I have troubleshot the DRL relay. Also, I have troubleshot the diodes and fuses and continue to have no success with DRL on my vehicle. Anyone with any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
In the 2004 Suzuki Forenza, the Daytime Running Light (DRL) relay is typically located in the fuse box under the hood. The main fuse box is situated near the battery, while an additional fuse box can be found inside the vehicle, usually on the driver's side. To locate the specific DRL fuse or relay, consult the owner's manual for detailed diagrams and descriptions.
