Well I have replaced this blower motor resistor 4 times. It cost about $50 bucks at your so friendly Chrysler dealer. I just ordered another one from
www.rockauto.com for about $16 bucks!
Had several brands too, I bought a GM Part this time!
There is only 1 real resistor in this thing and I am going to measure the resistance before I install it, If it fails again I am going to
get a bigger wattage resistor and fix it myself!
Tired of this insanity! My life is not going to center around a 2000 Chrysler
Cirrus!!
Merry Christmas!

Under the dash passenger side. You have to remove the cover held on by two retaining clips. The resistor pack in mounted under the dash by two bolts(there are two sets of wires plugged into it). Just a tip....I replaced the thermal fuse on the resistor pack after having only high setting on my blower motor. The fuse costs about 2 bucks Canadian while the resistor pack itself runs about 45 bucks.
