There are sensors all over the engine, transmission, exhaust, axles, etc.
The only oxygen sensor is screwed into the front of the catalytic converter.

There are speed sensors on the transmission, on the rear axle, and at the front wheel hubs.

It does not have a MAF, Dodge uses map sensors.
The 5.2L has two oxygen sensors.
1995-1999 3.9L, 5.2L, and 5.9L Dodge Ram 1500 has two O2 sensors. One upstream (before cat) and one downstream (after cat).
