There are really only 2 electrical components to the heating system:
- Blower motor
- Temperature blend door actuator
After reviewing the 1998 and 1999 Owners Manuals, I foundreference to the blower motor and electronic temperature control - which must incorporate the actuator motor.
Luckily both are on one fuse, lucky #13
