well if you dont see it then i highly doubt you even have 4x4 its right in front of your face on the dash on the right side of the steering wheel above your headunit

It is located on the back of the ECM. It is the large metal box not the white plastic one.
the neutral safty switch is located in the trans range switch if you have an aw4 auto trans replace or clean and reinstall the switch

The fuel pump is located underneath the manifold on a 1999 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 truck. That is directly underneath the drivers side of the truck.
