it is located on the left front of engine in front of motor mount regradless of what any book may tell you
Passenger side, front of engine.
It could be several things. that coil pack could be going bad, although that is unlikely. It could be a plugged injector, or it could be a bad piston ring, or valves ( In other words engine issues)

1 cause/guess may be that the plugs were too long and the piston pushed them out.if that was the case your would be able to see damage to the plugs,not to mention damage to the pistons . Please look at consumer reports. There is a lot of information about 5.4L Ford engines blowing spark plugs. Speculation is a design flaw, too few threads in the head to properly secure the plugs. Appears to be too common a problem.

Depends on the engine. The 2.0L should run 37-46 psi, and the 2.5 L should run 30-36 psi.
