There are actually a few different fuses that power the BCM (Body Control Module). But I am assuming that you are looking for the fuse that is used to program the BCM.
If you refer to the link I have provided, that fuse is number 47, and it is located in the Instrument Panel fuse block. This fuse block is accessible when you open the passenger side front door.
