The fan relay is located in the fuse panel located under the hood beside the battery. It will be marked under the lid. Make sure you check the maxi fuse for the fan also.
Although there is a fuse for the cooling fans in the fuse panel under the hood, that is NOT where the relay is. The cooling fan relay is located mounted to the fender frame, next to where the cooling fans plug into the harness. It will be mounted with two 5/16 or 8 mm screws.
