The smart junction box (a combination of the security module & dome light relays) is located on the passenger's side kick panel behind the glove box. It can be accessed by squeezing in the limiting tabs on the glove box so it opens and tilts forward so you can get behind it. 2003 Expeditions will have a part number of 2L1T-15K602-AN or similar and will also have your keyless entry codes printed on the label.
