Bring to a shop that has an ABS scanner to determine the problem
The ABS control module on a 2000 Lincoln Navigator is typically located near the driver's side of the engine compartment, mounted on or near the brake master cylinder. It may be housed within a protective cover or bracket. If you're having difficulty locating it, consulting the vehicle's service manual or a repair guide specific to that model can provide additional guidance.
On a 2000 Ford Expedition the ABS Relay problem is a problem with the braking system. Either the ABS Relay needs to be replaced or the brake pads are worn down. The ABS Relay is located in the fuse box that is on top of the battery in the engine compartment.
The 2000 Ford Windstar ABS relay switch is located on the firewall in the engine compartment. The relay switch will be on the passenger side of the engine compartment.

The "main relay" is inside the abs computer. If you have the Main Relay code, the abs computer has failed.
Oh, dude, replacing an ABS pump on a 2000 Lincoln Navigator is like a walk in the park... if the park was full of confusing car parts. First, you gotta disconnect the battery, drain the brake fluid, remove the old pump, install the new one, bleed the brakes, and voila! You're good to go... unless you accidentally put windshield wiper fluid in the brake fluid reservoir. Then you might have a problem.
