I have a 2005 Pacifica, I would assume these are in the same place. Look behind the engine at the "fire wall" on the passenger side. There should be a black rubber tube, about a 1/2 inch in diameter coming through the wall. It is toward the bottom. Mine was stopped up and water was trickling into the passenger floorboard. I took a small wire and was able to unclog it. Also, if you have some tubing and an air hose, that might work too. With engine cool, I was able to reach it with my hand. Hope this helps.

To change the AC compressor clutch in a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica, first disconnect the vehicle's battery and remove the drive belt by loosening the tensioner. Next, detach the AC compressor from its mounting, ensuring to remove any electrical connectors and refrigerant lines (properly recovering refrigerant is crucial). Once the compressor is free, remove the clutch assembly from the front of the compressor by unscrewing the retaining bolt and replacing it with a new clutch. Reassemble in reverse order, and recharge the AC system before testing.
