The adjuster bolt for a 1996 Geo Prizm is typically located on the front suspension, specifically near the upper control arm or strut assembly. To access it, you may need to lift the vehicle and remove the wheel for better visibility. The bolt is used to adjust the camber or alignment of the front wheels, so refer to the vehicle's service manual for specific procedures and torque specifications.
It is located somewhere on throttle body, just unbolt and bolt new on on

The oil capacity on a 1996 Geo Prizm is approximately 5 quarts. The recommended oil type is 10 W 30.
Go to http://autos.msn.com/ and put in geo/prizm... then look up the year of the prizm...1996... click on features and specs. Scroll down, and you'll find the horsepower of a 1.6 liter 1996 geo prizm. I found it to be 100 horsepower.
The crank bolt is right thread on a 96 geo metro. bob.
Not without major modifications. Totally different engines, as the Geo engine is a Toyota.
96 and 97 Corolla and Prizm are the same, but, they have an extra crankshaft sensor, that the 93, 94, and 95 does not have,
I think just 14 in. That's what the factory ones are, i don't know if you can go bigger.
I have a 96 Geo Prizm LSI and it holds approx 9 gallons. Don't know for sure, but probably 14 gallons like my 93. ANSWERWell I have filled up to 11 in mine and that was on empty so I think 12.
yes, however the pcm for the '96 expects signals from 2 O2 sensors. unless you replace the computer too, it should not be a problem
the only belt with a tensioner is the timing belt, to tighten the alt belt loosen the adjustment bolt then tap the alt back then retighten the bolt
I don't think so since these are different generations. But I think a 95-96 Corolla engine could replace a 95-96 Prizm engine since they are both either 4A-FE (1.6L) or 7A-FE (1.8L).
