The relay is under a black plastic cover that has a star shaped plastic screw that has to be unscrewed by hand. This cover also has a Red plastic terminal cover at the top. If you look in your owners manual,Section 6 on a 1999 manual. It will show which one is the fuel pump relay. There are several fuses and relays under this cover.It is smaller than most the relays under this cover. The fuel pump relay is a rectanguler black plastic 5 pin relay about 10 to 11 dollars.
