Hi,
The Body Control Module (BCM) is located on the passenger side of the van, under the right side of the dash.
To get to it easily, you will need to remove the lower dash panel and the glove box.

There is no kick down cable on a 2002 Silverado. You TCM (transmission control module) controlls downshifts. Also, the cruise control, has a module that does it's thinking and is non-ajustable.
