There are not many places to access the outside without drilling but if you have enough cable ( and Im assuming you are talking about something like a xm satellite antenna) you can run it through the third brake light opening at the back of the cab. This will require removing the back portion of the headliner retainer and running the cable along the door sill and up behind the seat, possibly under the door trim and along the inside of the headliner so it will be hidden.
