On a 1997 Plymouth Breeze equipped with a factory four cylinder engine, open the hood and look toward the driver's side inner fender. There is a black box with a lid on it that is removable. There are several relays, etc. inside that box, and the relative locations in the box are also identified inside the box, on the underside of the lid. But, alas, the radiator fans relayS are NOT in that box! The relayS (one for high speed fan operation, and another for low speed fan opertion) are BOTH mounted in FRONT of the relay box (toward the front of the car). As for other engines, I cannot say for sure, but they probably are in the same location. Answer from Gizmoguy on 2carpros.com.
