It is located behind the grille on the drivers side of the car. If you remove the drivers headlight, then look toward the grille from the vantage point of where the drivers headlight was, you can see the solid state relay. It has a bunch of fins on it, and is about 3" square. On mine it was riveted to part of the frame in front of the radiator and behind the grille.
