Unfortunately, I was unable to locate the module, to change it. Searched the net for location clues as it is not shown in any Haynes or Chilton's manuals, it is just mentioned in one sentence, no clues to location. Fortunately, I had a mechanic willing to "overlook" that detail! Yay! Guess he doesn't know where exactly it is either! He just said to make sure I manually turn on my lows during day driving to avoid attention from bored police. I looked everywhere that people on the internet said to look, but no luck for my 2000 neon?!
