The oil drain plug is on the bottom of the pan. More specifically it is facing toward the rear of the truck on the slanted part of of the pan. If you crawl under the truck from the front with your head facing the back you should be able to see it pretty easily.
Sometimes they use that threaded drain plug location to attach a knock sensor. So if you see a knock sensor threaded into the side of the block that may be where the coolant drain is located.

To drain the water out of the engine block on a 2000 Daewoo, locate the drain plug, which is usually found on the lower part of the engine block. It may be necessary to remove the lower radiator hose to facilitate complete drainage. Always ensure that the engine is cool before attempting to drain the coolant, and have a container ready to catch the fluid. After draining, replace the drain plug securely before refilling with fresh coolant.

If you mean drain holes for coolant... There is one located at bottom of the radiator. And two more on each side of the engine block.
The oil drain plug for the engine is located somewhere on the bottom, side, or back of the oil pan itself. The oil pan is located on the bottom of the engine block. This applies to almost every engine made.
