The only o2 sensors are on the passenger side on this year Ram.
Bank 2, oxygen sensor #1, is located towards the left front (drivers) side of the vehicle. It will be directly forward of the catalytic converter, and to the left of the transmission pan.
Automatic: It is located above the transmission fluid filter on the front of the transmission. Manual: There is no Transmission fluid trmperature sensor for the Manual transaxle
The crankcase position sensor(CPS) is on the transmission bell housing on the drivers side. It is high on the drivers side and the bell housing bolts attach it to the transmission
The transmission range sensor is mounted on the drivers side of the transmission. It is bolted around the shifter shaft as it comes out of the transmission.

The vehicle speed sensor is located at the top of the transmission tail shaft housing.
The speed sensor is located on the drivers side of the transfercase, you will see a sensor with a connector, that is your sensor.
It will be on top of the transmission near the shift linkage. It is the sensor with the three wires connected to it.
Drivers side of transmission.
It's on the driver's side of the transmission up high and forward from the speedo sensor by the tailshaft. It is usually red with a brass 7/8 hex head on it. It will have a two-wire connector on it with clips on both sides holding it in the sensor.
The sensor is located on the side of the transmission, drivers side at the end of the column shifter linkage.
