The signal flasher and the 4-way flasher are both located behind the plastic lower dash panel, aprox above the trans hump in floor. The plastic lower dash panel must be removed to gain access to the flashers.

Signal flasher is located behind the panel left of the ashtray. Panel has to come off and you will see the signal flasher and the four way flasher.
