To change a freeze plug in a 1984 Chevy 305 truck, first drain the engine coolant and remove any components obstructing access to the freeze plug. Use a punch or chisel to carefully tap around the edge of the old freeze plug to loosen it, then pry it out. Clean the area and install the new freeze plug by placing it in the hole and using a socket or similar tool to tap it in evenly until it's seated. Finally, refill the coolant and check for leaks.
To change the spark plugs on a Pontiac Fiero, first ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the spark plug wires, noting their order for reinstallation, and use a spark plug socket to unscrew the old plugs. Inspect the plugs for wear, then install new plugs by hand to avoid cross-threading, and tighten them to the manufacturer’s specifications. Finally, reconnect the spark plug wires and the battery cable.

If the Fiero has a munual transmission there is a 13mm plug in the side of the transmission on the rear driverside about three quarters of the way up twards the trunk. Theres also a plug on the transmission, on the passenger sidetwards the bottom. That's also a 13mm that is a drain plug. only pull this one if your flushing the transmission. Otherwise pull the top plug and full with a 5 30 weight oil it will say on the plug what to use. Ak47pk47@yahoo.com or hit me up on my space at keffer paul@ yahoo.com
There is a freeze plug located on the "passenger side" of the engine. It can be seen by jacking up the car and looking above the coolant sensor. If it is bad, antifreeze may be puddling toward the center of the car where the engine and transmission meet.
no such thing,freeze in plug
The steel freeze plug is better than a brass freeze plug. This is because the steel freeze plug can withstand high temperature from the engine block. Moreover, the steel freeze plugs usually fit very well.
there isn't just one freeze plug. there should be at least 6 to 8 freeze plugs. there should be 3 on each side of the blocks 3.1 or 3.8. and there should be 2 on the rear of the motor. have to take the tranny out to get to these. pretty sure there are not any on the front of the motor. but not 100% sure.
