The cabin air filter on a 2012 Ford Expedition is located behind the glove compartment. To access it, you need to open the glove compartment, remove any contents, and then depress the sides of the glove box to allow it to drop down further. The filter is housed in a compartment that can be opened to replace the filter.

The oil filter on a 1998 Ford Expedition 5.4 Triton engine is located just behind the bumper on the drivers side. Im not sure of the answer above for on my 98 expedition (5.4) the oil filter is located on the engine(drivers side), nothing near the bumper.
